From my perspective this is a place best enjoyed at a distance. I stuck my head in once and probably won't step back in again. Yes, I did see the article in the View.

Commercial Space at Corner of 18th and Texas Street

It appears that the specialty liquor store proposed for the former architect's office at the corner of 18th and Texas is not going to happen. There is a new for lease sign in the window. Anyone know what happened and if there are any new prospects for the space?

Your work on brownfield development must be pretty interesting. I used to live in Philadelphia, which as you can imagine, has many more brownfields than they can handle. One of my favorite things to do there was to go photograph the abandoned industrial and resident areas:
