We review proposed projects in our neighborhood, advocating for responsible development and community benefits. Recently we have been focused on the proposed Amazon distribution center on 7th Street and activation of the Design District. We continue to work closely on the Power Station.

Some of our past efforts include working with the developers of the Mason on Mariposa apartment complex and the relocation of the San Francisco Flower Mart.
