The proposed development is adjacent to 888 7th Street and proposes 85,209 sf of offices, and 43,394 sf of PDR uses. It will replace a traditional PDR building formerly occupied by a gravel company. The property has been owned by the Nicolai Family for 3 generations and will be developed by SKS partners. The architect is Pfau Long Architecture.
