Potrero Power Station

Associate Capital has invested in a 29 acre mixed use development on the site of the former power plant south of Pier 70. The proposed project comprises 3.6 to 4.9 million gsf of commercial and residential space, building heights of 65-300 feet and 6.3 acres of open space. The plans include retention of the 300 foot smoke stack, a hotel, restaurants, stores and other amenities. The project is currently undergoing environmental review.
