Groupi is partnering with architect El Dorado to build a 100% PDR project at the corner of Kansas and 16th Streets. The current proposal is for a 68 foot building with 100 car parking spots. While the design is still preliminary and the Development Committee has not completed its review, the Boosters have asked the developer to reduce parking and give attention to the design of the south facade and roof given the project's visibility from Potrero Hill.
