Wood Partners presented an update on the project at the Boosters 1/30/18 General Membership meeting. The project has broken ground and the design has evolved slightly with attention to the south facade, railings, 16th Street entrance and interior bridges. The construction schedule is as follows: Demo currently underway; excavation and torque down piles installed - February to March; concrete work – March to July; Framing – July to December; streetscape – April to July 2019; completion – Summer 2019.
