The proposal is for approximately 282 single and shared units for up to 520 undergrads, a total of 135,000 sq.ft., with an 8700 sq.ft. café and convenience store at ground level, open to the public. The project is designed using the Group Housing Provisions in the Planning Code. CCA’s goals are to consolidate campuses and compete with other art schools with affordable housing opportunities in order to draw top students. Along with the Panoramic and 75 Arkansas, the development will provide housing for 50% of the enrollment at CCA.
